A Nigerian bride-to-be identified as Amina Abdullahi has been killed by her uncle.
The uncle was said to have beaten the young lady to death over the N100 debt her mother owed him in Keffi, Nassarawa state. Hamisu, Abdullahi’s uncle, was said to have gone to their house on Wednesday, August 23, to ask for his money.
During the course of that, an argument broke out between Hamisu and his sister, the mother of the bride-to-be.
Abdullahi could not stand the way her uncle was talking to her mother and this made her step in to caution him. Hamisu was said to have turned in her direction to deal with her. He beat her to the point where she fainted and was rushed to the hospital.
On getting to the hospital, the doctors declared her dead. While the case is really sad, no one knows whether Hamisu has been arrested by the police or not.
